2. Section 1O.b of the CMA Agreement is revised to read in full as follows: <br />b. Alternates. The alternates for each member of the CMA <br />Board shall be the alternates then appointed for each member of the ACTC <br />Board, and shall vote as set forth in the ACTC joint powers agreement. <br />3. The following sentences are added at the end of Section 19 of the CMA Agreement: <br />The CMA board shall have the power to dissolve the CMA and <br />designate ACTC as its successor when the CMA board determines, <br />in its discretion, that such dissolution is appropriate.
