Resolution Repealing and Re-Enacting Title 10, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code Related to City of San Leandro 457(b) Deferred Compensation <br />Plan, as Amended and Restated (approves the amended and restated plan to incorporate <br />necessary changes). <br />Human Resources Director Justinian Caire reported that administrative policies <br />contained in the City's Administrative Code are approved by the City Council. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />City Councilmembers report on their activities, including attendance at Intergovernmental <br />Agency meetings, conferences and seminars, and local events, and make brief announcements <br />on issues of concern. <br />Councilmember Gregory reported that he attended a meeting with Citizens for Safer San <br />Leandro and the Police Department regarding the Neighborhood Watch program; the <br />Business Association of South San Leandro (BASSL) meeting; and the open house and tour <br />of McKinley, Roosevelt and Washington Elementary schools. <br />Councilmember Souza announced that the City's swimming pools are open for the summer. <br />
