This mitigation measure would <br />require the widening of the west leg of the intersection to allow for the additional <br />eastbound left-turn lane and the additional westbound receiving lane. <br />TR-9.5 Optimize the actuated-uncoordinated signal timing at the Aladdin <br />Avenue/Alvarado Street intersection. <br />At the Aladdin Avenue/Alvarado Street intersection, the cyGe length of the actuated <br />uncoordinated signal timing shall be optimized. This modification is to be funded on <br />a fair-share basis by the project sponsors. <br />TR-9.6 Modify the cycle length at the Marina Boulevard/I-880 Southbound RamDS <br />intersection and add an additional lane along the I-880 southbound off-ramp. <br />After implementing the traffic signal coordination plan for the Marina Boulevard and <br />Merced Street corridors described in Mitigation Measure TR-1.1, the traffic signal <br />April 22, 2010 Kaiser Permanente San Leandro Medical Center and Mixed-Use Retail Development Project 15/22 <br />
