Applicant shall submit draft LEED checklists to the City Sustainability <br />Coordinator for review and consultation. <br />CC-1.14 Use of Alternative Enerpv <br />During Phase 1, Kaiser shall provide approximately 250 kilowatts of its energy <br />consumption from alternative energy sources. Kaiser will provide an additional <br />approximately 250 kilowatts for the future Build-Out.
