IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010- <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE BAY TRAIL SLOUGH BRIDGE <br />PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 08-144-39-012, FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. HP21L-5041(025) <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and RGW Construction, Inc., dated May 4, 2009, <br />the Bay Trail Slough Bridge Project, Project No. 08-144-39-012, Federal Aid Project No. HP211- <br />5041(025), has been completed. <br />Said work was completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer, and he therefore recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />prod ect. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4.
