Bay Trail Slough Bridge -Project Acceptance 4 July 6, 2010 <br />Environmental Review <br />• A California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Mitigated Negative Declaration was <br />adopted by the City on June 18, 2007 <br />• A Categorical Exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) was <br />determined by Caltrans Local Assistance on September 24, 2008 <br />Code Compliance Review <br />The Port of Oakland issued a Building Permit for the work on Port property. <br />Summary Of Public Outreach Efforts <br />• No comments were received through the CEQA process <br />• Separate notices were not distributed because the project is located away from residences and <br />businesses <br />Fiscal Impact <br />• The cost of the construction contract is as follows: <br />RGW Construction, Inc.
