Cost: $144,000. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2010-007 RDA <br />J., Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Bay Area Home <br /> <br />Buyer Agency [BAHBA] for $49,900 to Administer theFirst Time Homebuyer and <br />Inclusionary Housing/Below Market Rate Ownership Programs for FY 2010-11 <br />(provides for administration of both housing programs and counseling to San Leandro <br />residents that have become homeowners through these programs). <br /> <br /> <br />K.-11 for the Heron Bay <br />Maintennance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, Approving the <br />Annual Assessments and Levying the Assessments for Fiscal Year 2010-11. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2010-077 <br />, <br />Year 2010-11 for the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment <br />District No. 96-3 (accepts the annual report which summaries the expenses and <br />recommends assessment amounts for the ongoing maintenance of certain public <br />facilities constructed as part of the Heron Bay development pursuant to San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Chapter 2-5). <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2010-078 <br />, Resolution Ordering the Levy and Collection of <br />Assessments Within the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, <br />Assessment District No. 96-3, Fiscal Year 2010-11 (decreases the assessments by <br />3% from $515.66 to $500.66 per single-family unit and from $343.76 to $333.76 <br />per motor court unit). <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2010-079 <br />L., Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Authorizing the Call for Bids for the Annual Sidewalk Program 2010-11, Project No. <br />10-144-36-006 (provides for removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalk, <br />driveway approaches, curbs, and gutters throughout the City). <br /> <br /> <br />
