The Strategy recommends <br />several streetscape-related capital improvement projects and higher density residential, <br />commercial and office in-fill developments, which together are intended to create a coherent and <br />.attractive district and maximize the value of the area's assets. The Strategy contains detailed <br />designs for improvement of area streets and the BART and AC Transit stations. It also includes <br />site development plans and illustrations of recommended in-fill development projects, and design <br />guidelines that may be used to review site-specific development proposals. Adoption of the <br />Revitalization Strategy does not result in the approval of any of the projects listed within the <br />document.
