Downtown Plan -Long term <br />Recommendations <br />The long-term plan addresses the <br />larger issues that will take more time <br />and effort to implement. These <br />long-term changes will fully realize <br />the vision of the downtown plan <br />and implement a return to tradi- <br />tional planning principles.
