iv. Submittal Processing -Establish, implement and coordinate system of <br />submittal processing. <br />v. Review and respond to contractors Requests for Information. Track all <br />requests with Architect. <br />vi. Change Order Preparation, Negotiation and Processing -Establish , <br />implement and coordinate systems for processing contract change orders. <br />Prepare independent statement of probable construction cost for contract <br />change orders. Negotiate contract change orders with the General Contractor. <br />Prepare contract change order documentation for execution by General <br />Contractor and City. <br />vii. Schedule Review and Updating -Review General Contractor's initial <br />schedule submittal. Review schedule monthly and provide written comments <br />to the City and General Contractor. <br />viii. Maintain "As-Built" Schedule - Maintain a daily track of General <br />Contractor's efforts during construction corresponding to the activities in the <br />agreed upon schedule. <br />ix. Progress Payment Preparation and Processing -Prepare monthly progress <br />payment reports for submission to the City based upon General Contractors <br />construction progress. <br />x. Construction Administration Services -Provide administrative and <br />management services during construction phase. Implement and monitor <br />management procedures. Manage project documentation, personnel, <br />equipment and facilities. <br />xi. Photographs and Videos -Provide videotape, photographic, or digital photos <br />of project site before and during construction as required to document <br />conformance with plans and specifications and to document disputed work. <br />xii. Maintain "Record" drawings -Maintain one set of contract documents with <br />up-to-date information regarding all addendum, substitutions, clarifications, <br />and change orders. <br />xiii. Field Inspection -Provide field inspection services to monitor compliance <br />with plans and specifications. <br />xiv. Independent Inspection and Testing Services -Schedule and coordinate <br />independent inspection and testing services, both on site and off-site. <br />xv. Computer support -Provide all required computer support including <br />hardware and software development and maintenance. <br />c. Closeout Phase Services <br />i. Meetings -Organize, schedule, attend, and record final acceptance / close- <br />out phase meetings. <br />ii. Final Inspection and Punchlist -Provide final inspection and prepare list of <br />project construction deficiencies for resolution by General Contractor. <br />iii.
