1.09 City..Council. Meetings: -See 1. -07. ___ ___ <br />1.10 Final Schematic Plans: Prepare final schematic plans and render in color. Revise <br />estimate of probable project costs to reflect final design. Present to City Councils. <br />Phase 2 -Construction Documents & Specifications <br />2.01 Meetings: Attend a total of four (4) meetings to coordinate work in progress with the <br />Engineering Department, discuss City's comments on progress submittals and to review <br />project budget and schedule. <br />2.02 70% Submittal: Prepare 70% complete construction document (AutoCAD R14) and <br />specifications per City's format. <br />2.03 90% Submittal: Incorporate comments from previous submittal and prepare 90% <br />complete construction documents (AutoCAD R14) and specifications per City's format. <br />Submit plans to Caltrans for encroachment permit. <br />2.04 100% Submittal: Incorporate comments from previous submittal and Caltrans review <br />and prepare 100% complete construction documents (AutoCAD R14) and specifications <br />per City's format. <br />2.05 Final Cost Estimate: Prepare final estimate of probable project costs. <br />Phase 3 -Encroachment Permit <br />3.01 Encroachment Permit: Provide necessary information for obtaining a Caltrans <br />encroachment permit. Complete the encroachment permit application form and <br />coordinate approval of the permit. This scope of work includes meetings with Caltrans <br />and staff as required to get Caltrans approval. <br />Schedule: <br />Design Development <br />70% Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimates <br />July -October 2001 <br />12 weeks after receipt of <br />Notice to Proceed <br />90% Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimates <br />4 weeks from receipt of <br />City's comments on 70% <br />PS&E <br />Exhibit A <br />6/12/95 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements <br />
