Consolidated Plan Annual Performance Report - FY 2000-2001 <br />City of San Leandro <br />Page 1 <br />PART I: SUMMARY OF RESOURCES AND <br />PROGRAMMATIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS <br />SECTION A: RESOURCES MADE AVAILABLE <br />The following resources were made available during FY 2000-2001: <br />^ $715,000 of City of San Leandro Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />^ $96,894.24 of CDBG program income <br />^ $283,000 of City of San Leandro HOME grant funds for FY 2000-2001 <br />^ $215,000 from the City of San Leandro Community Assistance Program for public service <br />activities provided by local non-profit agencies <br />^ $150,000 of Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside funding for the Apartment Rehab Program <br />^ $150,000 of Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside funding for the First-Time Homebuyer <br />Program <br />^ $642,995 of Mortgage Credit Certificate assistance for new mortgage financing for four <br />homeowners <br />^ $610,000 of Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside allocated to two special needs housing <br />developments <br />^ $5,693,000 Section 202 loan awarded to American Baptist Homes of the West for a new 60- <br />unit senior housing development. <br />^ $1,594,000.00 Section 811 loan awarded to Eden Housing for the development of 16 units of <br />Developmentally Disabled Housing. <br />^ The Southern Alameda County Housing Authority continued the administration of the <br />Section 8 Certificate and Voucher Program. As of June 30, 2001, there were 769 certificates <br />and vouchers available to San Leandro households. <br />
