IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 153 (2273) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT <br />FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS FOR EDEN <br />COUNCIL FOR HOPE AND OPPORTUNITY (ECHO HOUSING) FOR FAIR HOUSING, <br />RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (RAP), AND TENANT/LANDLORD COUNSELING <br />SERVICES FOR FY 2000-2001 <br />An amendment to agreement between the City of San Leandro and Eden Council for <br />Hope and Opportunity (ECHO), a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment to agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this <br />17th day of September, 2001, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Coun it Memb Santos <br />Attest: <br />Ga e Petersen, City Clerk <br />( 6 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />( 1 ) <br />G:\DS\CDBG\FY01-02\ECHO\Resolurion99.doc <br />
