IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 154 (2150/2318) <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING <br />TITLE 12, CHAPTER 8 OF THE <br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />RELATING TO STREET TREE POLICY AND PROCEDURE <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That Title 12, Chapter 3, of the San Leandro Administrative Code, entitled <br />"Public Works: Street Tree Policy and Procedure," is hereby repealed and reenacted, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2.
