Property owners are only
responsible to pay for'/2 the construction cost for damage caused by a street tree.
Analysis
This contract replaced damaged improvements identified through the sidewalk .program at
approximately 202 locations around the city. The work included replacement of approximately
1,600 linear feet of damaged curb and gutter, 11,200 square feet of damaged sidewalk, 2,900
square feet of damaged driveway approaches, and minor amounts of other concrete-related work.
