EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following is a breakdown of each department and their various maintenance needs both now <br />and in the future. <br />City Manager's Office: Jane McCrea <br />Regular Updates for News Briefs and Press Releases <br />Addition of City Hall Tour, Calendar of Events, Proclamations section and other small site <br />enhancements requiring several updates weekly <br />Monthly hit reports of total number of visitors and other select information <br />Engineering: Tara Peterson <br />Minor updates with current design <br />Biweekly updates with new design <br />Public Works: Tomi Kinsy <br />Minor updates of personnel <br />Community Development: <br />Minor updates with current design <br />Weekly posting of agendas and archiving past agendas for a month, quarterly General Plan <br />update, and Public Notices weekly with new design. <br />Recreation and Human Services: Carolyn Knudtson <br />Minor Updates <br />Library Services: Cindy Brown/Theresa Dunn <br />Major changes every 4 months <br />New design will have regular updates for current events <br />Human Resources: Roxanne May <br />Once a week posting of Jobs and deletion of Jobs once application period ends. <br />Removal will be done automatically by E.
