SCOPE OF SERVICES CONTINUED <br />Emergency Services: Dan Lansford <br />Minor Updates <br />Ciry Clerk: Gayle Petersen <br />Weekly posting and archiving of agendas and summary minutes <br />All updates will be sent via email in either in Microsoft Word or PDF format, as appropriate. All <br />emails will be posted within 24 hours of receipt. E.SWALLOW AGENCY will reply via email to <br />confirm completion of work request. <br />The City of San Leandro's primary contact for website posting accuracy and appropriateness will be <br />Jane McCrea; secondary contacts will be Mary Foster and/or department contact. <br />If E.Swallow Agency does not meet the 24-hour turnaround they will provide one (1) hour of free <br />maintenance, barring acts beyond E.Swallow Agency control such as power outages, phone <br />outages, acts of God., etc. <br />The monthly fee is based on 23 hours of maintenance per month.
