Of <br />particular concern would be the potential for softening the hard edges and monolithic appearance <br />that is inherent in parking structures. Implementation of this mitigation measure would result in a <br />less than significant impact. <br />19. The applicant has indicated that approximately 0.81 acres (35,339 square feet) of land would <br />be utilized for the creek walk and overlook areas.
