IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-101 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR WASHINGTON AVENUE AND <br />ESTABROOK STREET INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09- <br />150-38-283, FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. HSIPL-5041(031) <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Richard A. Heaps Electrical Contractor, Inc. <br />dated July 20, 2009 by Resolution No. 2009-113, the Washington Avenue and Estabrook Street <br />Intersection Improvement Project, Project Number 09-150-38-283, Federal Aid Project Number <br />HSIPL-5041(031) is complete. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends that <br />said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3.
