IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-102 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WORK OF THE SAN LEANDRO SENIOR CENTER PHASE 2 <br />IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 06-210-18-116 <br />Pursuant to an agreement between the City and Alten Construction, Inc. for work <br />contained in a contract dated July 29, 2008, approved by Resolution No. 2008-095, the San <br />Leandro Senior Center, Phase 2, Project No. 210-18-116 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 19th day of July, 2010, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />`~ ~ ,~~ ~, <br />ATTEST: `~~~.~.CCC%~--2~~1.- C~.~1'~s~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
