That on or about the 29 day of July 2010, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with ALTEN CONSTRUCTION, INC., 720 12 STREET, RICHMOND, CA 94801, PHONE: 510- 234 -4200 as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit: SAN LEANDRO SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER — PHASE 2, PROJECT NO. 06- 210 -18 -116. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the SAN — LEANDRO SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER — PHASE 2, PROJECT NO. 06- 210 -18 -116 proect is that of public improvements made to certain land(s) designated as 13909 East 14' Street, APN: 099D -1429- 003 -06, and public improvements made to certain parcel owned by Eden Healthcare Township District, designated as 13889 East 14 Street, APN: 077D -1429- 003 -05 4. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 19 day of July, 2010. certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
