This specification exhibits materials specified for the Creekside Plaza Business Park. <br />Building and landscape materials selected possess textures, colors and shapes <br />reminiscent of the classic Mediterranean style and furnish Creekside Plaza with distinct <br />design elements whose quality exceeds that are presently enjoyed by San Leandro. <br />Final materials and products selected for the project shall be of same performance <br />quality or better. <br />This specification exhibits materials specified for the Creekside Plaza Business <br />Park.
