"~; 2010178358 06/25/2010 02:44 PM OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ALAMEDA COUNTY PATRICK O'CONNELL ~~t,soaN~- • RECORDING FEE: 0.00 2 PGS N NOTICE OF COMPLETION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 3093 of the California Civil Code: That on or about the 5th day of February 2009, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with BAY CITIES PAVING & GRADING, INC., 5029 FORNI DRIVE, CONCORD, CA 94520, PHONE: (925) 687-2122_, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit I-880/WASHINGTON AVENUE INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS (ACTIA 11) AND PROJECT NO. 08-144-39- 007 and 08-150-38-274. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the I- 880/WASHINGTON AVENUE INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS (ACTIA 11) AND PROJECT NO. 08-144-39-007 and 08-150-38-274 project is that of public improvements made to public right of way designated as portions of Washington Avenue and Beatrice Street, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvements was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 21St day of June 2010. I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. City of San Leandro.
