INSPECTION/MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BMPS <br />The following tables indicate BMP inspection and maintenance responsibility. These tables <br />identify the party responsible for inspection and maintenance, a description of the <br />inspection and/or maintenance activity, and a frequency for the inspection and/or <br />maintenance activity. Maintenance will be conducted in <br />accordance with Table 1 - BMP Maintenance Responsibility. All structural BMPs are to be <br />inspected, cleaned and repaired, as needed, before the beginning of each storm season <br />(between August 1St and October 1 st), after every major storm (precipitation greater than .75 <br />inches) and at least once during the dry season. All debris and water pollutants removed <br />from structural BMPs during clean out shall be contained and disposed of properly. <br />For a review of the BMPs deemed as routine for each usage, see Section 2.3 of the site's <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (Waste Management, Revision Date 2008). <br />
