CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PLN2009 -00048 — 1420 Santa Maria Street <br /> G. Hofstetter (Applicant) and San Leandro Unity Church (Property Owner) <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The applicant and /or property owner shall comply with Exhibits A and B, dated <br /> February 4. 2010, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of <br /> San Leandro Development Services Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br /> California). <br /> Exhibit A — Site Plan <br /> Exhibit B — Second Floor Plan <br /> B. The applicant and /or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br /> successor in interest who assumes responsibility for the zoning approval is <br /> informed of its terms and conditions. <br /> I1. USE RESTRICTIONS <br /> A. This conditional use approval permits a child care facility for no more than six (6) <br /> children. Any change to the number of children or staff members shall be submitted <br /> in writing for the review of the Community Development Director, who may <br /> approve the request administratively or direct it to the Board of Zoning <br /> Adjustments for a formal public hearing. <br /> B. Permitted hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> C. Outdoor play shall not be allowed after 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> D. The temporary fencing for the outdoor play area shall not be erected before 6 p.m. <br /> on Sunday evenings, and shall be removed by no later than 6 p.m. on Friday <br /> evenings, to allow for full use of the parking lot by the Church during the <br /> weekends. <br /> E. The location and size of the outdoor play area shall remain as noted on Exhibit A. <br /> Any proposed change of location or increase in area shall be submitted in writing <br /> for the review of the Community Development Director, who may approve the <br /> request administratively or direct it to the Board of Zoning Adjustments for a <br /> formal public hearing. <br /> F. This use shall operate in conformance at all times with the State of California <br /> childcare licensing requirements for License 9058 for a child care facility. <br /> G. Parking for staff and parents shall be designated at the existing church parking lot at <br /> the rear of the property. Drop off and pick up of children shall be limited to the <br /> designated drop off /pick up area in the church parking lot. <br /> 1 -1.
