D. Resolution Opposing the Governor's Proposed Cuts to Child Care Services in California (opposes the proposed Early Childhood Education Budget reductions in the State FY 2010 -11 budget revisions). Matter of the 2010 General Municipal Election. • Resolution No. 2010 -073, Resolution Providing for the Holding of a General Municipal Election for the Election of a Mayor and Three City Councilmembers; Providing Notice of Election on the 2 Day of November, 2010, and Directing that Said Notice Be Given; and Requesting that the Alameda County Board of Supervisors Permit the Consolidation of Said Municipal Election with the Statewide General Election to Be Held on November 2, 2010 (provides for the holding of election of the Mayor and City Councilmembers for Districts 1, 3, and 5). • Resolution No. 2010 -074, Resolution Establishing Regulations for Candidate Statements Pursuant to the California Elections Code for the 2010 General Municipal Election (establishes a maximum of 200 words and sets a deposit amount of S 1,200 for the pro -rata share of costs for each candidate's statement of qualifications). • Ordinance No. 2010 -011, an Ordinance Establishing Election and Nomination Procedures for the November 2, 2010 General Municipal Election (provides for the method of conducting the election pursuant to City Charter Section 610). — Passed to print and adopted G.
