L Resolution No. 2010 -006 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Neighborhood Solutions to Administer the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program for FY 2010 -11 (provides housing rehabilitation services to eligible residential property owners in the City). Resolution No. 2010 -007 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Bay Area Home Buyer Agency [BAHBA] for 549,900 to Administer the First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing/Below Market Rate Ownership Programs for FY 2010 -11 (provides for administration of both housing programs and counseling to San Leandro residents that have become homeowners through these programs). Matter of Accepting the Engineer's Report for Fiscal year 2010-11 for the Heron Bay Maintennance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96 -3, Approving the Annual Assessments and Levying the Assessments for Fiscal Year 2010-11. • Resolution No. 2010 -077. Resolution Accepting the Engineer's Report for Fiscal Year 2010 -11 for the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96 -3 (accepts the annual report which summaries the expenses and recommends assessment amounts for the ongoing maintenance of certain public facilities constructed as part of the Heron Bay development pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Chapter 2 -5). • Resolution No. 2010 -078. Resolution Ordering the Levy and Collection of Assessments Within the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96 -3, Fiscal Year 2010-11 (decreases the assessments by 3% from 5515.66 to 5500.66 per single - family unit and from 5343.76 to 5333.76 per motor court unit).
