The public is invited to make comments related to Agenda items or other items at this time. None 4. MINUTES A. Minutes of the meeting of January 16, 1996. Approved as submitted. 5. Matter of Sale of Real Property, Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 33430 and 33431, Located at the North -East Quadrant of Davis Street and the New Costco Driveway, Comprising Approximately Fifty -Five Thousand (55,000) Square Feet. A. Redevelopment Agency Motion Approving the Redevelopment Agency Reuse Report, Section 33433 Report and Forwarding to the City Council (approves report required by Health and Safety Code 33433 prior to disposition of Agency -owned property). Debbie Potter, Redevelopment Administrator, presented the staff report. She said 16 acres was purchased by Costco; 2 -1/4 acres are Agency - owned. The Agency directed staff to sell that property to write down costs, and sale of the property is proposed to Shell /Burger King at a price of $1.32 million, with the Agency netting $1.15 million. She recommended approval of the Reuse Report and associated Resolutions. Minute Order No. 96 -01, Redevelopment Agency Motion Approving the Redevelopment Agency Reuse Report, Section 33433 Report and Forwarding to the City Council (approves report required by Health and Safety Code 33433 prior to disposition of Agency -owned property). On motion by Agency Member Kerr, who moved its approval, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7), the City Council approved the Redevelopment Agency Reuse Report.
