Council Member Polvorosa noted a newspaper article regarding teen <br /> curfews and requested a report on the issue. <br /> Council Member Polvorosa requested a report on City laws related to pit <br /> bulls. <br /> B. Vice Mayor Kerr described the Peace Pole dedication at the Manor Branch <br /> Library, held with the assistance of Girl Scout Troop 92. He said <br /> there was a good turnout and it was nicely done. <br /> Vice Mayor Kerr requested that, when something major happens in a <br /> Council District, the Council Member be notified. He gave examples, <br /> such as a car going through a house and a woman trapped in a fire. He <br /> said he would like to know about these occurrences so he can offer <br /> assistance. <br /> 10.
