Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - May 6, 1996 Page - 5 - NEW BUSINESS (continued) • The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 96 -71, Resolution Approving the 1996 -97 Five Year Project List for Underground Utility District Conversion Projects (establishes 1996 -97 Project List of potential underground utility conversion projects to be considered within the next five years(1207) Introduced by Council Member Glaze, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Galvan, with Council Member Loeffler absent (1), and carried by a majority vote (6). C. Resolution of Intention to Establish the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96 -3 (states the City Council's intent to establish a maintenance assessment district for Roberts Landing and provides for the preparation of the Engineer's Report for forming the district). Council Member Glaze asked if the Assessment District involved only homes on the Roberts Landing property and not any parcels outside the property. Staff said this was correct. Vice Mayor Polvorosa noted the change of name from Roberts Landing to Heron Bay. The City Attorney noted two public hearings will take place regarding the Assessment District.
