CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> 3. ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, <br /> Young; Mayor Corbett <br /> . ABSENT: None <br /> 4. PRESENTATIONS <br /> None <br /> 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. The public is invited <br /> to make any comments related to Agenda items (including San Leandro <br /> Redevelopment Agency, San Leandro Parking Authority, and San Leandro <br /> Industrial Development Authority) or other items of public interest at this <br /> time. Comments regarding Public Hearing items will be heard during the <br /> Public Hearing portion of the Agenda. <br /> A. Al Rosenga, 534 Parrott Street, asked if any changes had been made to <br /> the proposed modifications to City Council meeting procedures since the <br /> Work Session presentation; Mayor Corbett said no changes had been made. <br /> B. Jim Dmoski, 14776 Juniper Street, representing the Washington Manor <br /> Junior League, said the League would like a grass infield installed to <br /> cut down on homeowner complaints about dust and would like to know when <br /> the City will be installing the scoreboard purchased by the League. <br /> C. Cary Walker, 471 Santa Monica, asked when the City will change orange <br /> street lights to white; whether the street lights at Root Park are <br /> orange or white; and where the contaminated soil from Roberts Landing <br /> was placed. He said Mission Bay Mobile Home Park is upset about a <br /> sound wall and should increase the height of its fence. He said mobile <br /> home residents have been misinformed and lied to regarding rent <br /> control. <br /> Council Member Glaze asked for a cost comparison of HPS vs mercury <br /> halide street lights. <br />
