PRESENTATIONS 2.1 Presentation of Certificates of Commendation to Out -Going Youth Advisory Commission Members Britta Avila, District 4; Dante Baker, At Large (District 2); Melody Carlson, District 1; Jachyn Davis, District 1; Louis Heystek, District 6; Dana Nardine, District 3; and Josh Reinholds, District 2. Mayor Corbett presented the Certificates of Commendation to Commissioners Heystek and Reinholds, who were present at the meeting. The Mayor thanked them for serving on the Youth Advisory Commission and for their contributions to the community. The Commissioners thanked the City Council for the opportunity to serve and discussed their desire for continued involvement with the community. 2.2 Presentation of Certificates of Commendation to Participants in the Summer Youth Employment and Internship Program at City Hall, Michael Austin, Lance Cai, Shirley Chan, John Cheng, Jennifer Cheung, Taylor Cheung, Cory Clayton, Michael Craig, Joel Flory, Angela Fong, Laura Huang, Raymond Huie, Shauna Johnson, Tamika Johnson, Calvin Liu, Justine Mui, Cedrick Novenario, Joseph Parks, Shawna Ward, and Walter Wu. Mayor Corbett presented Certificates of Commendation to the Summer Youth Employment and City Hall Internship Program participants who were present at the meeting. The Mayor thanked them for their participation in this first -year program and expressed great appreciation for their work. On behalf of the participants, Tamika Johnson thanked the City for the opportunity to participate in the program.
