(1136) <br /> The City Council continued the matter of approving Findings of Fact, <br /> including Conditions of Approval, and approval of the Monitoring Plan <br /> for SD- 75 -44, to the January 6, 1997, City Council Meeting. <br /> M /S /C Glaze and Galvan. Ayes: 6; Noes: Polvorosa <br /> 6.4 Matter of Creation of and Appointments to City Council Citizen <br /> Advisory Committee for the West San Leandro /MacArthur Boulevard <br /> Redevelopment Survey Area to Determine the Feasibility of a New <br /> Redevelopment Survey Area (appoints a committee to determine the <br /> feasibility of a new redevelopment survey area). <br /> Council Member Young requested clarification on the process of how <br /> names were chosen. Mayor Corbett noted the Subcommittee process; she <br /> said it includes residents as well. Council Member Loeffler noted <br /> the three City Council Members are Mayor Corbett, Council Member <br /> Young, and himself. Mayor Corbett noted that the survey area is <br /> largely non - residential. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> Minute Order No. 96 -56, Matter of Creation of and Appointments to <br /> City Council Citizen Advisory Committee for the West San <br /> Leandro /MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Survey Area to Determine <br /> the Feasibility of a New Redevelopment Survey Area (appoints a <br /> committee to determine the feasibility of a new redevelopment survey <br /> area). (1156) <br /> The City Council created and appointed members to the Citizen <br /> Advisory Committee for the West San Leandro /MacArthur Boulevard <br /> Redevelopment Survey Area, as follows: <br /> MacArthur Area <br /> Aarion Alston -- Owners, Isernia Restaurant, MacArthur <br /> Boulevard <br /> Debbie Jefferies -- 1995 Graduate of the San Leandro <br /> Leadership Program, Superior Avenue <br /> Resident <br /> Kurt Miyamura -- Owner, Miyamura Flowers, MacArthur <br /> Boulevard <br />
