• Section 2. City Council Findings • The City Council finds and determines that, in addition to the findings set forth above: • (a) The Plan Amendment furthers the City Council's purpose and intent with respect to the Project Area declared in the Plan Adoption Ordinance. (b) The Plan Amendment does not affect any of the findings and determinations • respecting the Project Area and the Plan made by the City Council in the Plan Adoption Ordinance pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33367. To the extent required by Health and Safety Code Section 33457.1, the City Council reconfirms and remakes the findings in the Plan Adoption Ordinance pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33367 as the findings for the Plan as amended by the Plan Amendment. These findings are based on the information and analysis set forth in the Report To City Council on the Plan and the Report to City Council on the Plan Amendment. (c) The Plan Amendment conforms to the General Plan of the City of San Leandro, including, but not limited to, the community's housing element.. This finding is based in part on the finding of the Planning Commission that the Plan as amended by the Plan Amendment conforms to the General Plan of the City of San Leandro. Section 3. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect immediately as an urgency measure for the immediate preservation of public health, safety, and welfare. Section 4. Publication • . The title of this ordinance shall be published once, and the City Clerk shall post a complete copy thereof on the City Council Chamber bulletin board for five (5) days following its adoption.
