Burred ends shall be <br /> reamed to the full bore of the pipe. <br /> (2) The threads of drainage fittings shall <br /> be tapped so as to allow one - fourth (1/4) <br /> inch per foot (20.9 mm /m) grade. <br /> (3) Fittings used for drainage shall be of the drainage <br /> type, have a smooth interior waterway, and be <br /> constructed so as to allow one fourth (1/4 inch (20.9 <br /> mm /m) per foot grade. <br /> Sections 903.1 - 903.1.2 - Materials of the California <br /> Plumbing Code - are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (a) Vent pipe shall be cast iron galvanized steel, <br /> galvanized wrought iron, lead, copper, brass, or other <br /> approved materials having a smooth and uniform bore <br /> except that: <br /> (1) No galvanized wrought iron or galvanized <br /> steel pipe shall be used underground and <br /> shall be kept at least six (6) inches above <br /> ground. <br /> Section 7 -5 -920: FEES FOR PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. Section <br /> 103.4 of the Uniform Plumbing Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> (a) General. Fees shall be assessed in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this section. <br /> (b) Permit Fees. A fee for each plumbing permit, in the <br /> amount set forth in the applicable fee schedule <br /> resolution adopted by the City Council shall be paid to <br /> the Building Official. <br /> (c) Plan Review Fees. When a plan or other data is <br /> required to be submitted by subsection (b) of Section <br /> 103.2.2, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of <br /> submitting plans and specifications for review.
