M. [Section 213] Implementation Plans <br /> Pursuant to subparagraph 33352(c) of the Health and Safety Code, the Agency has <br /> prepared an initial Implementation Plan that describes specific goals and objectives of <br /> the Agency, specific projects proposed by the Agency, including a program of actions <br /> and expenditures proposed to be made within the first five years of the <br /> Redevelopment Plan, and a description of how these projects « 'iIl improve or alleviate <br /> the conditions of blight in the Project Area. <br /> The Agency shall, after a public hearing, adopt an Implementation Plan every five <br /> years commencing with the fifth year after adoption of the Redevelopment Plan. The <br /> Agency may adopt Implementation Plans that include more than one Project Area. <br /> The Implementation Plan shall, as appropriate, include a plan for satisfying <br /> inclusionary housing requirements pursuant to the Plan. <br /> The Agency shall, at least once within the five -year term of the Implementation Plan, <br /> conduct a public hearing after providing the notice required by subparagraph <br /> 33490(d) of the Health and Safety Code and hear testimony of all interested parties <br /> for the purpose of reviewing the Redevelopment Plan and the corresponding <br /> Implementation Plan and evaluating the progress of the Project. The hearing shall <br /> take place no earlier than two years and no later than three years after the adoption <br /> of the Implementation Plan. <br /> III. [SECTION 300] LAND USES AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. [Section 301] Conformity with the City's General Plan <br /> The land uses to be permitted with the Project Area shall conform to the City's <br /> General Plan, as it currently exists or as it may from time to time be amended, and as <br /> implemented by City ordinances and other laws. <br /> B. [Section 302] Redevelopment Plan Map <br /> Appendix A illustrates the Project Area boundaries.
