[Section 303] Designated Land Uses <br /> The permitted land uses illustrated in the Land Use Map attached as Appendix D are <br /> drawn from the applicable provisions of the General Plan of the City of San Leandro <br /> in effect at the time of the adoption of this Plan, and shall be deemed to be <br /> automatically modified as the permitted land use(s) in the applicable General Plan <br /> may be revised from time to tinge, in order to maintain conforniance of this Plan with <br /> the General Plan. <br /> D. [Section 304] Other Land Uses <br /> 1. [Section 304.11 Public Rights -of -Way <br /> The public street system in the Project Area shall be developed in accordance with the <br /> General Plan of the City, as amended from time to time, and street design standards <br /> as adopted by the City Council. <br /> Streets and alleys may be widened, altered, abandoned, repaired, or closed as <br /> necessary for property development of the Project. <br /> It is contemplated that the Agency will construct, or aid in the construction of, <br /> certain streets designated in the Plan which are not now constructed or which may <br /> require further widening or improvement. The public rights -of -way may be used for <br /> vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic, as well as for public improvements, public and <br /> private utilities, and activities typically found in public rights -of -way. In addition, all <br /> necessary easements for public uses, public facilities, and public utilities may be <br /> retained or erected. <br /> 2.
