Section 2- 2- 250(k) of Chapter 2, Title 11 of the San Leandro <br /> Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "(k) For retail sales of motor vehicles (including trucks and industrial or <br /> construction vehicles) the value of the motor vehicle taken in trade for the sale of a <br /> new or used motor vehicle, or an amount equal to thirty three (33 %) percent of the <br /> total gross receipts of such retail motor vehicle sale whichever is less." <br /> Section 4.
