applicant's proposed antenna. <br /> (e) The fees, costs, or contractual provisions required by the <br /> owner in order to share an existing tower or structure or to <br /> adapt an existing tower or structure for sharing are <br /> unreasonable. Costs exceeding new tower development are <br /> presumed to be unreasonable. <br /> (F) The applicant demonstrates that there are other limiting <br /> factors that render existing towers and structures <br /> unsuitable. <br /> 5. .'Setbacks and Separation. The following setbacks and separation <br /> requirements shall apply to all towers and antennas for which a <br /> conditional use permit is required; provided, however, that the <br /> Board of Zoning Adjustments may, reduce the standard setbacks <br /> • and separation requirements if the goals of this Section would be <br /> better served thereby. <br /> (a) Towers must be set back a distance equal to the height of <br /> the tower from any oft -site residential structure. <br /> (b) Towers, guys, and accessory facilities must satisfy the <br /> mininnnn zoning district setback requirements. <br /> (c) In zoning districts other than industrial or heavy <br /> commercial zoning districts, towers over sixty (60) feet in <br /> height shall not be located within one - quarter of a mile <br /> from any existing tower that is over sixty (60) feet in <br /> height. <br /> 6. Security Fenraut. Towers shall be enclosed by security fencing not <br /> less than six (6) feet in height and shall also be equipped with an <br /> • appropriate anti - climbing device; provided, however, that the <br /> Board of Zoning Adjustments tnay waive such requirements, as it <br /> deems appropriate. <br /> • <br /> 7. Landscaping. The following requirements shall govern the <br /> landscaping surrounding towers for which a special use permit is <br /> required; provided, however, that the Board of Zoning <br /> 16 <br />
