Deliverables will include: • Architectural site plan • Floor plans • Elevations, Interior and Exterior • Typical building sections • Typical wall sections • Preliminary schedules • Typical door and window details and schedules • Typical details • DD civil drawings • DD site plans for mechanical, plumbing, fire protection,. landscape, and electrical • DD structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape, and electrical floor plans • DD furniture and. interior design plan, and schedules. • Master specifications • DD detailed cost estimate • One set of reproducible vellums 3. Meetings will include: • Design development review (1) C. Construction Documents 1. Construction documents will be based on the design development documents, response to design development review comments, and updated budget. 2. Deliverables will include: • Drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the project, including final furnishings and equipment selection and structural and energy calculations required by the local building authority • Building Department approval of submitted items (building department submittal is included in scope of work) • Structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape, and electrical drawings and specifications • Technical specifications, including City of San Leandro's bidding and procurement information, bidding and proposal forms, form of agreement and the condition of the contract for construction • One set of mylar drawings • One set of prints • 3.5" or ZIP diskettes with complete files for all drawings, in AutoCad Ver. 14- compatible format • One bound copy and one unbound copy of the specifications Exhibit A 6/12/95 Page 3 of 5 Fire Station/Williams
