IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 29 (1481/1934) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF A NOVEMBER I, [999 ADDENDUM TO THE JUNE 9, 1994 <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN - <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE ORO LOMA SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RECYCLING PROGRAMS <br /> • <br /> An addendum to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Oro Loma <br /> Sanitary District originally made on June 7, 1994 has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said contract extension and certain <br /> contract language amendments. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said contract extension and contract language amendments are hereby approved and <br /> execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br /> 6i day of March, 2000, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> .
