75% Submittal (1) Plans; (2) Outline Specifications, including equipment list; and (3) <br /> Revision to the preliminary level Cost Estimate Summary. <br /> 95% Submittal (1) Plans; (2) Specifications; (3) Calculations; (4) Building Permit Materials <br /> stamped for permit review; and (5) Quantities and Cost Estimate in a three - <br /> ring binder. <br /> 100% Submittal The Contractor shall submit (1) one set of signed and stamped mylar <br /> drawings; (2) one set of prints; (3) 3.5 "or ZIP diskettes with complete files for <br /> all drawings, in AutoCad Ver. 14- compatible format; (4) one bound copy and <br /> one unbound copy of the specifications; (5) diskettes with complete files for <br /> specification in Microsoft Word 97 for Windows; (6) design calculations in a <br /> three -ring binder; (7) Probable Construction Schedule; (8) Recommendations <br /> for Special Construction Procedures or Sequences. <br /> Budget <br /> The budget estimate for labor, subcontractors, and other direct costs is presented on a separate <br /> detail worksheet. <br /> Schedule <br /> Contractor shall begin work five (5) days following receipt of a Notice to Proceed. KB <br /> anticipates conducting the kick -off meeting at the WPCP and coordinating the site survey within <br /> 3 weeks of receiving Notice to Proceed. The 10 percent drawings and specifications are to be <br /> submitted two (2) weeks following receipt of the survey data. The 75 percent drawings and <br /> specifications would be submitted approximately eight (8) weeks following receipt of the survey <br /> data. The 95 percent drawings and specifications will be submitted two (2) weeks following the <br /> receipt of comments from the City and the WPCP.
