Participant successfully secured Califomia Department of Housing and Community Development
<br /> Emergency Housing Assistance Program for Capital Development (EHAPCD) funds, in addition to the
<br /> CDBG -CIP funds provided by the City, for the rehabilitation of its Sister Me Horne Facility.
<br /> However, due to the considerable predevelopment expenses that need to be expended, such as building
<br /> permits, prior to CA State HCD allowing Participant to access the EHAPCD funds, Participant requests
<br /> reallocation of its CDBG funds from hard costs towards eligible predevelopment expenses, specifically
<br /> architectural & engineering services, environmental reports and surveys, permits & fees, and project
<br /> management fees. Participant submits to City this revised Scope of Work and Budget:
