The Consultant shall specify in the proposal a suggested timeline for each aspect of work identified in Section 8, including but not limited to survey development, pre- testing, survey management, data analyses, and report preparation. E. Proposal Instructions Consultants interested in providing the aforementioned services to the City of San Leandro should prepare a proposal that includes the following features: • Name, address, telephone number, and fax number of firm; • Name and qualifications of principal consultant who will manage and oversee the San Leandro contract; • Proposed tasks and associated timeline for services described in Section B above; • Proposed methodology in handling the language diversity of San Leandro voters; • Fixed price to provide services indicated in Section B above, plus hourly rate for services not requested in Section B; • Any provisions of the City's Standard Contractual Agreement that cannot be complied with; • At least three references for whom consultant has performed similar work during the last three years. References should include name, position title, organization's name, address, telephone number, and language diversity requirements of the work performed for each reference; • Two samples of final written reports prepared by consultant that describe surveys similar to that requested in Section B above. F. Deadline for Proposals Consultants interested in performing this work should submit three copies of their proposal to the City not later than 5:00 p.m. on November 22, 1999.
