Because • the City may decide to conduct the survey in a variety of different languages due to the lan- guage diversity in the City, we have also included estimates for conducting 10 percent of the interviews in Spanish. • The prices presented below are based on a 50- percent incidence rate, which means that calls to 50 percent of our phone numbers will reach an eligible respondent (i.e., someone residing within the boundaries of the City of San Leandro).
