NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council finds and declares as follows <br /> regarding the unexpended fee collected from Citation Homes: • <br /> I. The fee will be used to pay for a portion of the cost of improvements to the <br /> intersection of Hesperian Boulevard and Lewelling Boulevard. <br /> 2. As a condition of approval for the Heron Bay (Roberts' Landing) development, <br /> Citation Homes was required to make certain improvements to the Hesperian/Lewelling <br /> intersection as a mitigation measure. <br /> 3. The City expects that funding will be available through the extension of the half - <br /> cent -sales tax for completion of the improvements at the Hesperian/Lewelling intersection. The <br /> fee collected from Citation Homes will pay for a portion of the cost of the improvements. <br /> 4.
