Resolution No. 2010 -089, Resolution Accepting the Work for the Bay Trail Slough <br /> Bridge Project, Project No. 08- 144 -39 -012, Federal Aid Project No. HP21L- 5041(025) <br /> (provides for acceptance of work from RGW Construction, Inc., filing of Notice of <br /> Completion, and release of bonds). <br /> 9. ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker per item, subject to adjustment by the <br /> Mayor. <br /> 8.A. Minutes of the Meeting of June 21, 2010. <br /> Councilmember Starosciak pointed out that there was no specific reference in the <br /> minutes to requests made by members of the Council for an analysis of a shorter length <br /> of term for the potential sales tax measure. She cited comments made by <br /> Councilmembers related to the term of the tax, the Citizen's Oversight Committee, and <br /> the annual independent audit. <br /> Mr. Hollister indicated that, while there was discussion, there was no specific direction <br /> from the Council. However, staff is performing an analysis of revenue projections, <br /> which will make clear to the Council the ramifications of a 3, 4, 5 or 7 year life of the <br /> measure. <br />
