E. WATER SYSTEM: <br /> Prior to approval of the Final Map for the project, the Subdivider shall submit signed <br /> agreements with EBMUD, for the construction of the proposed water main connections. <br /> 2. EBMUD street fire hydrants with minimum fire flow and spacing in accordance with the <br /> San Leandro Uniform Code will be required. Prior to installation, the City Engineer and <br /> the Fire Department shall approve the number and location of the fire hydrants. <br /> F. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM: <br /> 1. Sanitary sewer service to the project is proposed by connections to City facilities. Prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the Subdivider shall extend the existing 8 inch sanitary <br /> sewer to the point of connection at sanitary sewer lateral of Lot 1. In addition, the <br /> developer shall identify any capacity deficiencies and required improvements to meet the <br /> needs of the project. All required improvements are subject to the review and approval of <br /> the City Engineer and shall be constructed as part of the Subdivision improvements. <br /> 2. City facilities proposed to be utilized by the project eventually flow to the existing sewers <br /> in Davis Street. The City's Sanitary Sewer System Capability Study and Master Plan <br /> (1995) has identified capacity deficiencies in the existing sewers in Davis Street. Prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map, the Subdivider shall pay its fair share of the costs to upgrade <br /> the existing sewers in Davis Street and further downstream, as determined by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> G. UNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITIES: <br /> 1. The Subdivider shall place all utility services for the project underground, including <br /> service connections to any existing overhead utilities. <br /> H. FEES AND DEPOSITS: <br /> 1. Design review fees, development impact fees, permit fees, inspection fees, connection <br /> fees and any other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, <br /> approval, permitting and inspection of the above listed public improvements shall be paid <br /> by the Subdivider. <br /> 2. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the Subdivider shall enter into a Subdivision <br /> Improvement Agreement for that Final Map and shall post security and insurance in the <br /> amounts and forms acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> 3. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the Subdivider shall pay the Development Fee for <br /> Street Improvement (DFSI) as determined by the City Transportation Administrator, and <br /> park -in -lieu fees (see condition I -1) as determined by the City Engineer.
