CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, executed in triplicate, for purposes of identification dated ,11 me 19 , 2000 , <br /> is made and entered into by and between the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and San Leandro Investors, a Limited Liability Company, <br /> whereby the general contractor, SCS Development Company, a California corporation DBA Citation <br /> Homes Central (hereinafter designated as "principal and Subdivider "), <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Subdivider has presented to City a certain final map or parcel map of a proposed subdivision of <br /> land located within the corporate limits of the City of San Leandro. <br /> B. The proposed subdivision of land is commonly known and described as Improvement Plans <br /> Tract 7174 — Cherry Wood (Phase 2), San Leandro. Alameda County, California, APN 075 - 0155 - 001 -02, <br /> 002 -11. 002 - 12.002- 08,002- 02.004 and 075 -0207- 001, 003 -01, 004 -00, 005 -01, 006 -01, 006 -04, 007- <br /> 01, 007 -02. 007 -03. 008 -02. and bears the Subdivision Map Tract No. 7174. Said subdivision is <br /> hereinafter referred to as "the subdivision." <br /> C. The map of the subdivision was filed with the City Engineer for presentation to the City Council <br /> of City for its approval which map is referred to and incorporated herein. <br /> D. Subdivider has requested approval of the map prior to the construction and completion of <br /> improvements including, but not limited to, streets, highways or public ways, public utility facilities and <br /> other facilities which are pan of or appurtenant to the subdivision that are required by the Subdivision Map <br /> Act. the Subdivision Regulations of City, the Vesting Tentative Map (and approvals given in connection <br /> therewith) and final grading plan. if any, heretofore approved by City.
