IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 92 (2889) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, <br /> SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), <br /> AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND <br /> PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR TRACT 7174; <br /> CHERRY WOOD (FORMERLY CHERRY CITY), PHASE 2, WESTERLY END OF <br /> PERALTA AVENUE, WEST OF SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD; <br /> DEVELOPER: SAN LEANDRO INVESTORS, LLC <br /> FINDING <br /> Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br /> Tract 7174, Cherry Wood, Phase 2, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by <br /> reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro linds that the proposed map, together with <br /> the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> Recitals <br /> There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7174, <br /> Cherry Wood, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br /> The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7174, <br /> Cherry Wood, Phase 2, attached hereto as Exhibit A. and incorporated herein by reference, has <br /> certified that said Final Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it <br /> is technically correct; and that the Subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, <br /> Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map <br /> Act. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br />
